KAS Single Action Doors Adjustable Aluminium Frame

The KAS single action hinged doorset consists of a polyurethane foam filled pressure moulded Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) doorleaf hung on a fully adjustable aluminium frame system. Designed for non-fire rated applications. Ideal for fitting to insulated panels, partitioning systems and plasterboard walls. Can also be fitted to brick or block openings.

Door Leaf 40 mm thick pressure moulded Glass Reinforced Polyester doorblade. Seamless with no lippings or laminations. Waterproof and lightweight. HCFC-free PU rigid foam core material. Free of timber or other organic materials. Sound insulation 24 dB, water absorption 0 %.
Frame Adjustable aluminium frame for wall thickness from 68 to 256 mm, integral adjustable packers at fixing points to ease the installation. Integral white clip-on trim fully concealing the frame fixings.
Doorleaf Colour RAL 9016 white or other standard colour (over 1600 No. colours available to special order).
Frame Colour White powder coated aluminium or anodised aluminium (Other colour options to special order).
Hinges Corrosion and acid proof stainless steel lift-off hinges 120x34.
