KH Double Action Doors Aluminium Frame for Insulated Panel Walls

The KH double action hinged personnel doorset consists of a polyurethane foam filled pressure moulded Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) doorleaf hung on an aluminium wrap around frame system. Designed especially for fitting to insulated panel wall systems used in cold rooms. Can also be fitted to partitioning systems and plasterboard walls. Does not require any subframe.

Door Leaf	40 mm thick pressure moulded Glass Reinforced Polyester doorblade. Seamless with no lippings or laminations. Waterproof and lightweight. HCFC-free PU rigid foam core material. Free of timber or other organic materials. Water absorption 0 %.
Frame	Fixed size one-part aluminium frame for wall thickness 70, 75 and 80 mm.
Doorleaf Colour	RAL 9016 white or other standard colour (over 1600 No. colours available to special order).
Frame Colour	White powder coated aluminium or anodised aluminium (Other colour options to special order).
Hinges	Double swing LAMI hinges with hold open or non-hold open facility, stainless steel screws.
Ironmongery	Client specified ironmongery or selection from our standard range.
Seal	Integral silicon seal in the frame.
Face Protection	RAL 7035 grey 4 mm thick smooth polyethylene, 1000 mm high both sides
Vision Panel	Size 200x500x6 mm laminated glass with PVC-gaskets.
Wipe Seal	Double silicon seal fitted to the bottom of doorleaf.
