A new build project, Pershore Junction Student Accommodation comprises of the construction of a 167 bedroom development, built on a former BT brownfield site in Stirchley, Birmingham. 

The scheme internally comprised of the provision of total livings spaces in what is considered a tier one location in the UK. Each open plan living space consisting of lounge, kitchen, dining and bathroom areas.

Requirements

The specialist requirements existed for the doors on those rooms where disabled, direct access, wet shower en-suite rooms were required.

Outcome

Lami Doors UK Ltd, working alongside Taylormade Construction Ltd provided product knowledge and project management experience before and whilst supplying and installing hygienic, water resistant and durable GRP Doors from the KMS range to the wet shower en-suite rooms.
